Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Orders ship within 2 business days of placement. If it's been more than 4 business days with no tracking update, contact us.
One-time orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement. Subscription orders can be changed up to 5 days before your scheduled roast date. Contact us immediately if you need a change.
Log in to your account and go to Subscription Settings → Pause Delivery. Select your resume date and confirm. You can also email us and we'll handle it within the hour.
We ship to 40+ countries. The full list is available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.
We're sorry. Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll reship or refund immediately — no return required.
